Let’s face it. The recent hike in fuel prices has hit us hard in the wallet. While we all have millions of opinions on how the fuel prices should be managed in our country, we believe that there are still many more things that we can do to increase efficiency.
IT has always been acknowledged as a business tool and an enabler of business process
reengineering exercises. Whilst the price of fuel and energy continues to go north, the
price tag of IT products and services remains competitive. Now more than ever, organizations should consider taking advantage of the affordable IT prices to increase efficiency, improve productivity and serve customers better.
We’re pleased to let you know that we have decided to keep our prices despite the
increasing prices of everything else. In fact, we look forward to continue providing you with the Fanatical Service you deserve - going the extra mile, understanding your business, as well as delivering the results you deserve.
Finally, readers who have been asking for more tech-related tips will be pleased to know that in this issue of Fanatical Voices, we have included some useful Windows key shortcuts.
As always, your feedback is welcome and encouraged. Have a good year ahead.
Fanatically yours,

Jek Tan
Operations Director
